You fucking moron, sell your bullshit elsewhere.
Can burying a St. Joseph statue help sell a home? Many folks swear
that it can. Nothing speaks as loud as success. Read what the
newspapers have to say about it.

It's worked for me as a fsbo before I became a Realtor, and SELECTIVELY
introducing it to some disheartened sellers has turned things around. If
presented properly, it works miracles in renewing people's hope/faith. It
can save you your listing, if nothing else, as an expression of good will. A
way to show you care when nothing else can be done. I've seen people
actually clean up the house and get serious after St. Joseph was placed.
I've also seen simple Feng Shui methods turn things around.

leave no stone unturned. The superstitions of today are the science of
tomorrow.
