I personally think this guy is after a flame war - why else would he
post
such an offensive piece in a real estate newsgroup? It takes all kinds,
I
guess.....
Don't feed the trolls.......
I'm seeing that every time you reply to hime it gives him an excuse to post
his 15 lines of signature spam. Is he forging his headers too? What's the
name of his ISP?

They
find a house. Then, they begin researching their next steps.
As part of their research, they discover buyer agency. Then,
they start interviewing buyer agents.
No one interviews agent after they've found a home. Once they find a house
they put in an offer. What the hell are you talking about?

Go away troll!

I guess you're one of these Realtors® that does maybe three
transactions a year, eh Montrose? I have fifteen to twenty
people coming to me, each and every year, who have already
seen homes with Realtors® and think they have found the
home they want to pursue. (Maybe it's just that my clientele
is more educated than those who find you.)
Is that why found you don't even own a home? I searched the appraisers
office online data. Give it a try. Here's a public records search link.
Click on Dane County and look up "Reifert."

Come clean. You have no business do you? If you had a life you would be
serving your clients and making a living instead of bad mouthing people and
spamming newsgroups. Can't you see what a fool you come across as?
